A. Our providers work by appointment. Unfortunately, occasionally patient appointments require longer time frames than scheduled. When this happens, your patience is appreciated. A sincere attempt is made to adhere to the clinic schedule as much as possible. If there is an emergency or delay in the clinic schedule, our staff will advise you that the physician is behind schedule. This does not happen often, but if it does, you are welcome to wait, or our staff will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
Walk-in appointments are welcome, but not encouraged. If you walk in and request an appointment, there may be a significant wait time as scheduled patients will be seen first. We do reserve appointment slots every day for sick visits, so it is always best to call ahead for one of those appointments.
