The short version

We want this website to work for everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or other assistive technology. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We have not confirmed that every page fully meets that standard, and we keep improving the site. If something is hard to use, call us and we will help.

Our goal

WCAG 2.1 is a set of guidelines published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). It describes how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities. We use Level AA as the target when we build and update pages.

What this website does

  • Keyboard navigation. You can reach links, menus and buttons with a keyboard alone.
  • Visible focus. The link or button you are on is clearly outlined as you move through the page.
  • Text alternatives. Images that carry meaning have text descriptions for screen readers.
  • Color contrast. Text and background colors are chosen to be easy to read.
  • Works without JavaScript. The site works even if JavaScript is turned off in your browser.
  • Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, the site respects that setting.
  • Calls, not forms. There are no web forms to fill out. Every way to reach us is a phone call.

Known limitations

Some content on or linked from this site comes from other companies, and we don't control how accessible it is:

  • Embedded maps. The map on our contact page is provided by Google. Our full address and a directions link appear next to it in plain text.
  • Patient portal. The patient portal is a separate website run by eClinicalWorks.
  • PDF forms. Our new patient and annual paperwork forms are PDF files, which may be harder to use with some assistive technology.

If any of these get in your way, call us. We can go over the information by phone, help you with forms, or give you the information in another format.
