Our cognitive decline care draws patients from a wider area. People come to us from across Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, and Butler and Warren counties for a functional medicine–informed look at memory loss, persistent symptoms after Lyme disease, mold-related illness, long COVID and heavy metal toxicity.
This kind of care usually means several visits over time, with lab work as needed. If you live farther away, ask about scheduling when you call so you can plan your trips. We bill your health insurance for these visits, and coverage depends on your plan. Learn more about our cognitive decline care.
We are accepting new patients from all of these communities. Call (513) 860-4600 to schedule. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. For directions to the office, see contact and directions.
