Website Privacy Policy

The short version

This website is a simple information site. It has no forms, no online booking and no chat, and it never asks you to type in health information. Like most websites, it uses Google tools that count visits and tell us whether our online ads lead to phone calls. We do not send your health details or insurance information to those tools.

This policy covers this website only. How we handle your medical information as a patient is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which follows the federal HIPAA privacy law.

What this website collects

You can read every page of this site without giving us your name, email address or any other personal details. We collect information only in these ways:

• Visit measurement. We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics. These tools record standard details about a visit, such as the pages viewed, how long you stayed, the website that sent you here, your general location based on your IP address, and your device and browser type.
• Phone-button clicks. When you tap a phone number on this site, we record that a click happened, the page path it happened on and where the button was on the page (for example, the header or the bottom of the page). We do not record anything else about you with that event.
• Advertising measurement. We use Google Ads tags to learn whether our ads lead to calls. If you arrive from one of our Google ads, the phone number shown on the site may be swapped for a Google forwarding number. Calls to that number ring straight through to our office. Google records call details such as when the call started, how long it lasted, whether it connected and, for longer calls, the caller's phone number. We use this to count calls that came from our ads.
• Remarketing. We use a Google Ads remarketing tag, which lets Google show our ads to people who have visited this website before.

When you call the office, what you tell our staff becomes part of your patient record and is protected under our Notice of Privacy Practices, not this website policy.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies and similar technologies to tell visits apart, to count conversions such as calls from an ad, and to support remarketing. This website does not use cookies to log you in or to store anything you type, because there is nothing to log in to or type into.

What we don't do

• We don't send health details, symptoms, conditions or insurance information to analytics or advertising tools.
• We don't build advertising audiences from pages about health conditions or treatments.
• We have turned off the Google Analytics setting that shares data for ads personalization.

Third parties

• Google. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads are Google services. Our web fonts load from Google Fonts, and the map on our contact page is an embedded Google Map. When these load, Google receives standard information such as your IP address and the page you are on. Google explains how it uses this information on its page about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• Patient portal. The patient portal is a separate website run by eClinicalWorks. It has its own terms and privacy policy, and this policy does not cover it.

Your choices

• Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. The site still works if you do.
• Manage or turn off personalized Google ads in Google's ad settings.
• Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics from measuring your visits.

Children

This website is meant for adults, including parents and guardians looking for care for their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or the tools it uses change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
